Tech Perks is a members-only e-commerce store that specializes in technology and cell phone accessories. The goal of the project was to create a cohesive and visually appealing brand identity for Tech Perks, as well as a user-friendly website that effectively showcases the company's products and membership options.
Tech Perks offers over 3000 plus products from over 45 leading tech brands at discounts out to 75% off MSRP. One of the goals of the rebranding was to better convey Tech Perks' wide range of name-brand products offered at unbelievable prices.
Tech Perks was originally called “Perks for People” the new brand and name were chosen to more specifically call out the company's mission. The new brand also needs to convey a fun, exciting, and friendly image to help get more people to sign up.
Since Tech Perks is primarily a reseller most of the brand imagery is made up of reused assets from the many brands that Tech Perks sells. Tech Perks’ design system is built around using assets in a creative way to easily create new designs from preexisting assets. The primary design feature of Tech Perks is the use of brand shapes mixed with product imagery to create dynamic compositions.
See & Select 2022 was able to be held in person. A number of assets were reused from the previous year's See & Select. New materials that had to be created for the event were 96” pull-up banners, name tags, and door posters.
As part of the rebrand Tech Perks need new marketing material. This marketing material included emails, website banners, and sales flyers.
